Promovierter Philologe und Chefredakteur des Magazins "Buchkultur". Neben seinem Interesse für Sprachen und Literatur zeigte sich schon früh ein Faible für kulinarische Themen. Bislang veröffentlichte er neben zahlreichen Artikeln diverse Kochbücher und Bücher über Wein, zuletzt einen Weinreiseführer für Südtirol. Nun wurde sein kulinarisches Spektrum um das Thema Kaffee erweitert.

Johanna Wechselberger

Johanna Wechselberger machte mit der Eröffnung des Wiener Mocca Club ihre Liebe zum Kaffee zum Beruf. Zertifiziert aks "Coffee Master" der SCAE (Speciality Coffee Association of Europe), Spitzenplätze in internationalen Barista-Wettbewerben, Barista-Trainerin für Nespresso, Julius Meinl, ING u.a. und Leiterin der Julius Meinl Coffee Academy in Wien.
